Stephen Bender, D.C. has been practicing chiropractic since 1983. Traditionally chiropractic emphasizes health maintenance through spinal manipulation. We are well-trained to find and correct irregularities of the skeletal system which we call subluxations.
Chiropractic and massage rely on touch to influence an individual’s system. Dr. Bender’s work combines soft tissue manipulation and joint manipulation in an effort to assist the individual to resolve problems. He uses Hatha Yoga as a rehabilitation tool.
